Convert Flambda (erg/s/Angstrom, a specific luminosity) to a Vega magnitude.

Identical in form to PhotConvert<Flambda, ST>, but using this filter’s own Vega flux (fluxVega) as the zero point instead of the fixed ST zero point (flux0ST): photIn is first divided by fourPiTenPcSq to convert it to the flux that would be observed at the standard distance of 10 pc (see fourPiTenPcSq’s own comment), before comparing it against fluxVega.
