Convert an ST magnitude to a Vega magnitude.

ST -> Flambda (two-argument overload) -> Vega. The ST -> Flambda step multiplies by fourPiTenPcSq to undo ST’s own standard- distance assumption (recovering a specific luminosity), and the Flambda -> Vega step divides by it again – so the two cancel, exactly as PhotConvert<ST, AB>’s own comment describes for the ST <-> AB pair.
