Convert an ST magnitude to an AB magnitude.

ST -> Flambda -> Fnu -> AB. The ST -> Flambda step multiplies by fourPiTenPcSq to undo ST’s own standard-distance assumption (recovering a specific luminosity), and the Fnu -> AB step divides by it again to reapply AB’s own – so the two cancel, exactly as they must for two magnitude systems that share the same distance convention.
