Convert Flambda (erg/s/Angstrom, a specific luminosity) to an AB magnitude.

Flambda -> Fnu -> AB; the standard-distance conversion happens once, inside the Fnu -> AB step (see its own comment) – the intermediate Flambda -> Fnu step is a pure change of variable that never touches it.
