Convert a Vega magnitude to Flambda (erg/s/Angstrom, a specific luminosity)

The algebraic inverse of the Flambda -> Vega conversion above, identical in form to PhotConvert<ST, Flambda> with flux0ST replaced by fluxVega: recovers the flux the Vega-magnitude formula defines, then multiplies by fourPiTenPcSq to undo the standard-distance assumption and recover a specific luminosity.
