constexpr std::array<IonizationData, static_cast<std::size_t>(Symbols::nElem)> elem::ionizationData

Compile-time table of elemental data, indexed by Symbols enum.

Ionization potentials are CRC values in eV, from the data page https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ionization_energies_of_the_elements_(data_page). Entries beyond an element’s actual ionization count, or where CRC data are unavailable, are quiet_NaN().
