A list of isotopes, each a const reference into the single, global elem::isotopeTable()

Used throughout the codebase wherever “an ordered list of

isotopes” is needed (

yields::YieldChannel::isotopesOrig()/ isotopes(), yields::Yields::isotopes(), elem::DecayChain:: products()), since the fully-spelled-out type is long enough to make repeating it at every use site hurt readability. Lives here, rather than in yields::YieldCommons.hpp (where it originated), since it’s a general elem-level concept with no dependency on anything yields-specific.
